Minwen, Wu
Founder & Chairman
Prior to establishing the company, Mr. Wu was the CEO
of China Century Securities (“CCS”) , one of the top investment banks in China; he was also then the youngest CEO of China’s securities industry. Prior to that, Mr. Wu worked in China’s central bank and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”, China’s “SEC”), where he oversaw financial institutions, and helped government to build up China capital market policies.
Mr. Wu received his BA in Finance from Hunan University, China and his EMBA from National Development Research Institute of Peking University, China.
Wei, Deng
Chief Executive Officer & Director
Prior to Sensegain, Mr. Deng was partner and China Chief Representative of CFC Fund, an American fund focusing on China investment ; prior to this stint, Mr. Deng was general manager of Zhongguancun securities, one of the top investment banks in China focusing on TMT sectors. Mr. Deng has more than fifteen years experience in investment banking industry, and he has successfully helped more than 50 Chinese companies listed in China and the United States.
Mr. Deng received his PhD in Economics from Renmin University of China.
Xuan, Li
Vice President & Director
Prior to joining Sensegain, Ms. Li served various positions in the financial industry, including asset management, investment banking, etc. She has more than 14 years of financial experience in sell-side and buy-side, and has extensive knowledge of the capital markets in China.
Ms. Li received her BA in Accounting Management from Wuhan University, China.
Jing, Yang
Vice President & Director
Prior to joining Sensegain, Ms. Yang was Vice President of Soft Bank China Venture Capital focusing on investment and portfolio management. Before that, Ms. Yang was Vice President of Sun Media Group, where she oversaw business development, M&A and investor relation. Prior, she was a financial correspondent and News anchor with the Voice of America, Sino Vision where she produced and hosted day to day US stock market reports from the floor of NYSE and a weekly Money Talk show. Prior, Ms.Yang worked for Eastern Asset Management as a portfolio manager, held NASD Series 7, 63 and 65 license.
Ms. Yang received her MBA in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York.
